Imerovigli
The village of Imerovigli is situated at the north part of the island, 3 kilometers from the capital of Fira. It is built on the highest point of the caldera cliffs, about 300 meters above sea level. Imerovigli, is mostly famous for its beautiful sunset, that it is called " Balcony to the Aegean". Its position provides a magnificent view of the famous volcano and the Aegean Sea. In front of Imerovigli lies an enormous rock called Skaros. It was one of the five fortresses of Santorini and it housed all the administrative offices of the island. Today one can admire the remains left after the earthquake of 1817. Imerovigli has many lively churches, all made in the Cycladic architectural style. The most notable are the church of Ai-Stratis and the Monastery of Saint Nikolaos. Imerovigli has only 470 permanent inhabitants and it is known as a great romantic destination.

During this difficult time for humanity, due to the pandemic of the new coronavirus, our company take measures to protect the lives of all visitors right away. All our vehicles are sanitized (interiors and door handles) before and after each tour. Hotel pickup and drop-off by an experienced tour guide is included. As far as it concerns the cruise- ship travelers, the meeting point will be at the central entrance of the cable car. Our driver-guide will be at the meeting point 30 minutes before our arranged meeting. Our private excursions start the moment you meet the tour guide and not the time of the arranged meeting because sometimes the cruise- ships may delay.
